Release 9 includes MLA EDR (raw) and CDR
(calibrated) data acquired
through September 17, 2012. See the
EDR ERRATA.TXT.
This is also the first release to
include MLA RDR (reduced data records) and
GDR (gridded data records). See the CDR / RDR / GDR
AAREADME.TXT and
ERRATA.TXT for details.

MLA is the Mercury Laser Altimeter instrument on MESSENGER. The data sets are produced by
the MLA Science Team at the NASA / Goddard Space Flight Center,
Greenbelt, Maryland.
