MESSENGER: XRS

December 15, 2007. MESSENGER Release 2 includes XRS EDR data acquired from the start of the mission through the Earth flyby and the two Venus flybys (August 3, 2004 - June 5, 2007).

XRS is the X-Ray Spectrometer instrument on MESSENGER. The data sets are produced by the XRS Science Team at NASA / Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Maryland.
