posted.
March 20, 2013. MSL Release 1,
part 2, Sols 0-89.
Part 2, March 20, 2013, includes the derived data products (RDRs) for Sols 0
though 89 for the APXS, CheMin, Hazcam,
Navcam, REMS, and SAM instruments, along with
CheMin raw (EDR) data.
Release of the following data sets
has been delayed. They will be posted as soon as
they are made available to PDS: ChemCam RDRs, DAN
RDRs, RAD EDRs and RDRs, and all MAHLI, MARDI, and
Mastcam products.
February 27, 2013. MSL Release

The first release of MSL data takes
place in two parts.
Part 1, February 27, 2013,
includes raw data products (EDRs) acquired on Sols
0 through 89, August 6 through November 5, 2012,

Navcam, and REMS, along with SPICE data.
Release 1 does not include
data from the MAHLI, MARDI, or Mastcam instruments.
These instrument teams have not yet delivered data
products to PDS.

The Mars Science Laboratory (MSL) rover, Curiosity,
landed on Mars and began operations on August 6, 2012.
The rover's primary mission runs for about one Mars
year, through June 25, 2014.
Science data from
Curiosity's suite of instruments will be released by PDS
every 90 sols (Mars days) starting on February 27, 2013.
